Addressing concerns:
Listening to parent concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally, and escalating complex situations when needed.
Administrative tasks:
Performing administrative duties like scheduling appointments, managing waitlists, and preparing reports.

Qualifications
- Proficient in English with strong communication and phone etiquette skills
- Experience in customer support and client services
- Skilled in data entry and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle cash and perform outbound calling
- Familiarity with call center operations and analysis skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with sales teams
- All candidates must reside in the USA or Canada.
