Key Responsibilities
Contract Management:
- Utilize the Agiloft Contract Management System to create, organize, and maintain legal contracts and supporting documents, including certificates of insurance renewals.
- Ensure all contract-related records are accurate, well-organized, and consistently updated.
- Address contract needs process client requests, and manage updates efficiently.
Data Management:
- Accurately input and update contract information within client files.
- Maintain thorough documentation of contract renewals, amendments, and related updates.
Document Review:
- Review legal contracts to ensure compliance with established protocols and verify accuracy and consistency.
- Escalate discrepancies or concerns to the Contracts Manager for resolution.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the Contracts Manager and other team members on contract-related matters.
- Contribute to the firm's contract management processes by ensuring tasks are handled with efficiency and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in administrative support with a focus on data retention and record management is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document review.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and team collaboration platforms such as Teams or SharePoint.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Mathematical Skills: Competency in performing calculations for contracts.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Hourly wage ranges from $24.00 to $27.40, based on experience.
