Duties

- Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date customer records and sales information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely processing of orders and resolve any issues that arise.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain an organized office environment to facilitate smooth operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer support or call center environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, particularly in English and another language.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with customers.
- Familiarity with cash handling processes is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
