Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping activities for the company
  • Enter and code transactions into accounting software
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Prepare and issue invoices and manage collections
  • Assist in preparing reports and statements
  • Monitor and track inventory levels
  • Provide support to the accounting team as needed
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
