We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.   • Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Provide detailed information about our services, pricing, and scheduling.
  • Sales: Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services or products. Upsell services where possible and assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage and schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal logistics for mobile service technicians. Use scheduling software to keep track of appointments and technician availability.
  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately input customer data and transaction details into our database. Manage customer records and ensure all interactions are logged correctly.
  • Payment Processing: Handle billing and payments. Inform customers about payment methods and process transactions accurately.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and encourage repeat business.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and patience. Escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and maintaining office supplies.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

  • Monday to Friday
