We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support both our company and our clients by managing social media, creating compelling content, and executing marketing strategies across multiple platforms. Responsibilities:


- Social Media Management: Oversee and grow our social media presence while managing content for our real estate clients. Platforms include Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

- Content Creation: Develop high-quality written, visual, and video content tailored to real estate professionals and their audience.

- Video Marketing: Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Stories) to highlight our services, client listings, and industry trends.

- Branding & Design: Assist with designing social media graphics, marketing materials, and promotional content using Canva.

- Email Marketing: Support the development of email campaigns to keep clients informed and engaged.

- Market Research: Stay up to date on social media trends, real estate marketing strategies, and competitor activities to ensure fresh and effective content.

- Client Support: Work directly with real estate agents to enhance their online presence through personalized social media strategies and content planning.

- Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and build relationships with our audience and clients online.


Requirements:


- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.

- Experience managing social media platforms and creating content for business accounts.

- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or similar).

- Basic graphic design skills with knowledge of Canva.

- Ability to work independently and generate creative, engaging content.

- Understanding of digital marketing principles, including branding, audience engagement, and performance tracking.

- Passion for real estate marketing and social media trends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
