Position Overview
As a Data Entry Operator/Typist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. You'll input, update, and manage client and operational information, providing the foundation for seamless workflows and exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities
1. Accurately input and update client information, session details, and order data into our CRM and database systems.
2. Maintain and organize digital records of photography sessions, including client preferences, special requests, and notes.
3. Process and verify data from order forms, invoices, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy.
4. Update inventory records for photography equipment, props, and printed materials.
5. Enter metadata for photo galleries, including keywords, tags, and descriptions, to ensure easy searchability.
6. Assist with the preparation of reports by compiling and organizing data for analysis.
7. Verify and correct discrepancies in data entries to maintain high-quality records.
8. Support the team by generating and distributing data-related documents, such as client lists or order summaries.
9. Ensure compliance with data privacy policies and maintain confidentiality of client information.
10. Perform regular data backups and assist in maintaining the integrity of the company's database.
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with photography workflows or creative industries.
- Basic knowledge of photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Lightroom) is a plus.
