We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team our team at Shoreline Lake Forest Park Senior Center, WA!!
What will YOU do?
The Bookkeeper is responsible for daily and monthly reconciliation of deposits, bank statements, and accounts receivables/accounts payable and other general bookkeeping tasks at the Senior Center.
Pay Rate: $30.90 per hour
Work Schedule: 15 hours per week (Monday - Friday, flexible), with the potential to transition into a hybrid (work-from-home and in-office) role.

Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily deposits and monthly bank statements.
- Perform and maintain accounts receivables and accounts payables.
- Maintain vendor and customer files and information.
- Utilize word processing, spreadsheet, database, and online applications to collect and update data. Create and distribute reports.
- Advanced proficiency in MIP, Microix, PowerBI, Microsoft Office, Ten key, Microsoft Excel Functions: Filters, Tables, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP.
- Participate in mandatory programs and organizational activities, meetings and training.
Requirements
- Associate degree in accounting OR certification in bookkeeping.
- One (1) year of bookkeeping experience.
